The homepage will not open
Check the full address and write down the browser’s error. Reload once. Compare another ordinary website on the same connection. If this is a managed network, ask its administrator about access rather than assuming a film server has failed.
One title page is missing
Return to the homepage and search the title. A saved deep link can be out of date even while the catalogue works. Use the film’s year to distinguish it from a remake. A missing page is not proof that the whole site is down.
Search gives no results
Select Reset and try just the title. Then add one filter. A format, language, year or length condition left from an earlier search can exclude your new choice. If you see a catalogue-loading error instead of a result count, reload and try another page.
The video buffers after Watch now
Watch now opens another service’s viewing options. If its player is the part that fails, use that service’s help, compare the selected quality and check another available edition. A working poster grid does not establish that an external video connection is healthy.
Your saved series is gone
Check whether you changed browser, profile, address or private-browsing session. If you have a backup, restore it in My List. Do not clear more website storage while trying to recover a list that may still exist in another browser.
For a repeatable problem, keep the exact URL, device, browser and message. “Search fails after choosing a year” is much easier to investigate than “nothing works.”
